Training seminar "Opening the land market" for representatives of the agricultural sector 

Nataliia Hniezdilova, attorney and Senior Lawyer at Formative Partners, successfully protected the interests of an agricultural producer in a debt recovery case before the Commercial Court of Chernihiv Oblast.
The parties had concluded a supply agreement in a simplified form. Despite the full and timely performance of the obligation to deliver the goods, the buyer failed to make payment.
The attorney of Formative Partners submitted evidence to the court confirming that the agreement had been concluded in a simplified form. The Commercial Court of Chernihiv Oblast agreed with all the arguments presented by the attorney and fully satisfied the claim.
In addition, thanks to the prompt and timely measures taken by Nataliia Hniezdilova, the client obtained full enforcement of the court decision.
