Zghurivka District Court of Kyiv Oblast fully granted two claims prepared by our specialists.

On 8 June 2022, the Zghurivka District Court of Kyiv Oblast fully satisfied two claims prepared by our specialists in cases No. 365/544/21 and No. 365/524/21 concerning the invalidation of land lease agreements and the cancellation of decisions on the state registration of land lease rights.
Regarding the details of the claims, it should be noted that the terms of the above-mentioned agreements were unfair, and the landowners received almost no compensation for the use of their land. In addition, the agreements were concluded with numerous violations.
